Since 1991 I began developing creative learning programmes and development solutions for large international organisations. Working with a small yet highly talented team, this gave me an opportunity to work internationally and establish myself as an innovative sales and personal development training provider that achieves exceptional results.
The reason for this success can be attributed to the fact that our team work holistically and look beyond what our clients want, so that every aspect of their proposed solution is customised and complimented with themed components that add impact. Our ultimate objective is to encourage the organisation and their people to accept more responsibility for their own development.
We look at the positive gains that a blended approach offers an organisation in terms of cost savings, time availability (for development), measurable performance improvements and attitudinal shifts. When relevant, we seek to incorporate face-to-face training programmes with online learning and ongoing support through tele-coaching, updates and newsletters. This focus on sustainability has proved a vital component to installing new behaviours and enhancing competence over a longer term.
The strong foundational structures and processes are then given a 'Sizzle Treatment' that creates a lasting impact on the target audience. For example, we design giant training games and themes. We use Action Metaphors and multi-sensory learning mechanics that activate mind-body learning opportunities. Even before a programme commences we develop exciting new ways to announce the programme so that participants feel a tingle of anticipation, and look forward to attending great learning states that boost interest and effectiveness.
I have chosen to develop and implement tailored solutions that are unique to each client rather than provide 'off-the-shelf' products. This is time consuming yet enormously successful because each client's own requirements drive the end result.
